About Dr. Putman
Tragically, on October 28th, J. Michael Putman, MD passed away from natural causes. As you can imagine, this was an unexpected and traumatic event, and we are heartbroken about this shocking development. Please read our Open Letter to Patients posted on October 30th.

We want to assure all of our patients, past, present and future, that the Fertility Center of Dallas will continue fertility care into the future with the assistance of Dr. Monica Chung, the physicians at Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates and the FCD team.
